Never questions your no go decisions. Feels like one big family. Awesome training and instructors who actually care and are always friendly and helpful. Great leadership from the top down. Great crews and mechanics. Best fleet of aircraft. Safety is always number one. I could go on for days. Literally the best company I have ever worked for.
