Company offers basic benefits to the worker Bees. Encourages workers to get in shape and loose weight.

Cons

Management does not see big picture with staff issues turns heads theory is move employee to different position instead of dealing with problem. Upper management needs to reconsider lower management choices and pay attention to problems.

Not many,not enough. The job isn't difficult. The company is trying to automate but forget that humans still have to run the machines.

Cons

Company is set up to fail. Everyone plays the blame game. No room for advancement. Company hires from outside for all promotions.I see many people that seem like automatons. Some are using this company as a stepping stone.
