Centrally located
Good benefits
A certain amount of autonomy is available, in the office.
Cons
Management and Senior leaders do not follow the Core Values published by the company.
Culture is unstable, at best and toxic at worst, creating high turnover. There is not a lot of room for growth.
There are little to no processes to be observed/executed.
It is located in a huge office complex, we get to work from home 2-3 days a week and the work/life balance is okay. Paid every week, we have fun themed days at the office and everyone who works in the office is really nice and friendly.
Cons
Managers expect you to know as much as they do and will look down on you for not knowing something right away when asked. Managers will take calls on speaker in their office with the door open to just show how busy they are. Senior management needs to chill out, no one cares how busy you are or how many meetings or phone calls you have. This whole company can be replaced by an app now
Unfortunately this is a third party company who operates offsite. They tell you they’re listening to your concerns yet they do nothing about it. In house management gets away with a lot and manipulates situations.
