      Pros

      Centrally located Good benefits A certain amount of autonomy is available, in the office.

      Cons

      Management and Senior leaders do not follow the Core Values published by the company. Culture is unstable, at best and toxic at worst, creating high turnover. There is not a lot of room for growth. There are little to no processes to be observed/executed.
