Pros

Some talented, well-meaning coworkers across departments Flexibility and remote options (if you’re lucky enough to have a good manager) If you keep your head down, you might be left alone

Cons

Toxic leadership tolerated for years — including a senior VP who told women to “shut up” and said women over 35 shouldn’t get married “Frat boy” dynamics in clinical teams where public shaming is normalized Retaliation for reporting mistreatment: I was encouraged to apply for another role after submitting my resignation — only to be rejected while my harasser was promoted HR ignored documentation, failed to maintain confidentiality, and actively involved the very people I reported Disability-related medical needs were singled out and shamed, despite being disclosed in interviews Longstanding employees with excellent performance are discarded the moment they speak up
