Toxic leadership

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Minimal pros but a decent salary was provided, although still not a livable wage for California residents.

Cons

Toxic leadership. Conflict of interest concerns at every corner. More than a dozen Vice Presidents but allegedly no funds to hire help with workload. Hiring and promotion of individuals with sparse to no relative experience for the role.

Pros

PTO, some supervisors are helpful

Cons

Blackout dates/months, hourly wage is low (per HR they do not negotiate salary) for Prior Authorization Coordinators, can be unorganized at times, one supervisor will tell you one way to process and another will tell you different, monthly quota, strict on overtime, but will also have times where it is mandatory.

Pros

Work/ Life Balance, career opportunities

Cons

Leadership is awful, you have to be a “favorite” in order to advance in your career. There isn’t any structure and the CEO allows the “mean girl” atmosphere to spew. Job security is non existent, no matter how well your performance is in your role.
