Pros

It’s a job. Free food.

Cons

Micromanage, Expectations are Unreasonably High with little room for error. God forbid you make a mistake instead of approaching you so that you learn from your mistakes you’re made to feel like you made a colossal mistake. You’re threatened to be written up and if the error is done again you’d be suspended with out pay! The Manager is rude and the Lead well she shouldn’t even be a Lead! The Lead has major attitude and doesn’t really want to help. They are both impatient. Training is a JOKE! They sent you up to fail. Nepotism is huge in that company. favoritism is obvious it’s ridiculous! The moral is so low and they don’t care!

Some individuals do not understand full job responsibilities and overstep departmental boundaries. Lack of structure and business controls.
