Owners daughter took over and she’s not fair in her decisions . Very disappointed, furthermore they are hiring new people with more pay than the people who have been loyal to them for years.

Job stability. Decent benefits and perks, like company paid HMO healthcare. Remote work. Deep sense of family bond that makes you feel apart of the family core and not just an employee number.

Cons

Heavy workload with little to no OT. Utilizing PTO can really put you behind in your case load. Choose taking PTO wisely. Outdated systems and applications.
