      Pros

      Several nice coworkers make employment bearable. Working remotely is a good option as well.

      Cons

      - Management is uninterested in providing an encouraging and positive work atmosphere. - Management is uninterested in providing real substantial feedback during job performance reviews. - Management is reactionary, no real long term vision, simply trying to stay above water. - Management is negative, bicker with one another and act immaturely. - Management has a history of lying to new hires . - Management lacks technical expertise.

      Great culture and vision. There is great care for the employees. Company and business continues to grow and flourish.

      Some individuals do not understand full job responsibilities and overstep departmental boundaries. Lack of structure and business controls.

      Pros

      Employees are taken cared of and there is always a treat like ice cream truck for all staff during summer time and fruits every Friday. My manager is approachable and easy to talk to. Everyone makes you feel like you’re family.

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower although I have been told they compensate with other treats.
