Pros
work at MedPOINT has been great. I will mention that they have been making recent improvements to hiring additional staff. In previous years it had been a struggle to get everything completed that needed to be done due to staffing shortages. Also, the company and the company leadership is very open and honest when you come to them with comments and concerns. I never feel unappreciated by my direct leadership which is a great feeling. They have allowed me to build a very successful team that benefits the company as a whole. This environment fosters success and has a lot of growth opportunities.

Tight deadlines, too high of expectations, lack of communication between departments.
