Pros

Many people are new to the company and bring fresh ideas. Employees truly like and care for each other.

Cons

Sr leadership is new and comes from small companies and are not receptive to new ideas from larger organizations. Leadership is not transparent and untrustworthy. Internal bickering amongst leadership team is evident to Central Support.
