      Pros

      There are some good people here so you’ll have a few good coworkers. There are descent benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership is not aligned. They each drive their own agenda. No one can set priorities. New leadership was brought in after TPG bought the company and they are a hot mess who can’t agree on anything. People are afraid to go to POPS (HR) for fear of retribution.

      Cons

      focus shifted with new leadership, the feeling of a work family is gone, demand for high performance but system broken and not allowing for high performance. No growth potential in this role
