      Pros

      Worked at this company in various management roles several times. Disappointing to see how mismanaged and dysfunctional the company has become. Current Bankruptcy may bring about positive changes.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and reorganizations. Employees live in constant fear of losing their jobs. If job security is important to you then you should not work here. SEnior management has NO IDEA about their core products or services

      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits for the area. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Presented as relationship sales but definitely not. Required to make 15 calls per day plus lots of administrative work, truly a 50+hour a week job. Company does not have a great training program and management is not cohesive between operations and marketing. As more hospitals employ physicians, the ability to grow or make goal will continue to decline. Hospitals will control the healthcare market.
