- Laid back atmosphere at times, culture is good for the most part - Free coffee - Full benefits, including health care/PTO/401k match - Decent pay

Cons

- Middle management is completely disconnected from whats going on at the regular employee level - Very little room for advancement, you could end up stuck in the same position forever - No clear goals for employee's, yearly reviews are a joke

Great benefits and competitive pay, vacation accrual is unheard of now days, great benefit plans.

Cons

High turnover rate, pay rates not even across board, you could be training someone who make several dollars an hour more than you, overworked and unappreciated
