Not so great for people who aren't driven. If you aren't willing to push yourself or challenge yourself, you will fail. But that is true of any job. You also have to have a positive outlook. Not every day is a good one. You have to be able to look for the good to be happy.

Terrible management. The managers are all very young, and are very stuck up. When you are that young, you don't even truly know your self let alone be mature enough manage a whole department. They don't care about employees at all, employees come and go daily and we are just another number to them. It is Very clicky, you will only get promoted if your a favorite. You don't get sick days and if you are sick and have no insurance, it's either spend $300 at the doctor for a note, or get fired. The HR department is no help, and unlike any other HR department I've ever known. Terrible terrible company all together. Unless you want to go back to the petty high school drama days - do NOT work here.
