Pros

Flexible. People are nice. Opportunity to grow if you want it.

Cons

They don't pay staff enough money to keep talented employees around.

Pros

Flex time was a nice perk. The PTO benefits aren't horrible, but must be "earned" by 4.5 hours every two weeks. Certain Team Leads can be somewhat flexible about working from home when it's absolutely necessary and you've been there a while.

Cons

The positive reviews about this place are so evidently management trying to encourage people to work for this rapidly growing company experiencing major growing pains. They're continuing to create relationships with large insurance companies but are unable to keep up with demands due to treating the employees Advocacy department like garbage. Less popular Advocates have problem cases thrown into their reports because other favored Advocates are unwilling to work difficult cases due to reaching their number demands. The Advocacy department is also seen as the lowest man on the totem pole and is blamed for any issues resulting from their caseload. There is nothing desirable about working here aside from the fact this place is a good resume builder. Run away from here as soon as you can as fast as you can. The pay is pathetic and so are any potential raises. You won't reach $17/hour in 2 years of working there unless you're attractive, your personality fits a certain "mold" and you go out for happy hours. Management is unbelievably catty and unprofessional. Different Team Leads hold their teams to wildly different standards. The QA process is not standardized at all. Fighting for parking if you get there past 8:15 AM is absurd.

Pros

Decent benefits, great work environment, some of the most incredible people I've ever worked with or worked for. Hours are relatively flexible.

Cons

Pay is not commensurate with the pressures to perform
