Pros
From the entry level, there is plenty of room to grow. They set clear goals to be met and you get numbers monthly showing how you’ve done. They were very receptive to feedback when I suggested changes to help with morale.
Cons
Workflows change a lot due to the industry. This can be stressful at times but also keeps you challenged if you thrive in that environment.
