      Good co-workers, opportunity for growth and professional experience, flexible and understanding leadership. If you put in the work and want to succeed, you will. If you want to complain and think you know everything about how difficult it is to run a department, then you will probably fail. But that's on you.

      Cons

      MedRisk is a great place to start and build your career but aside from a select few, it likely will not be the place you really take off. (And that's okay! No one says you have to retire from your first job out of college!)
