Pros
MedRisk will take a risk on you. Once someone has proven they are a hard working, capable individual you will be presented with opportunities it would take years to receive anywhere else. They allow their most motivated individuals to move up quickly learning the skills of whatever field they pursue along the way. Additionally, the executive team, specifically Michelle Buckman the COO and Rommy Blum the head of Marketing, are incredible. They are a presence in the office and know staff at every level. They genuinely care about their employees and will make time to meet with anyone. Also the staff at MedRIsk is incredible. Once you have worked their for a year they become your family which makes it incredibly difficult to leave.
Cons
If you want to get the most out of MedRisk you must stand out which can be difficult to do. It will require long hours, perseverance, and networking. However, if you put in the time and effort it will pay off beyond your wildest dreams.
