      Pros

      Young aged environment, people are genuinely happy when the start there, you can go to anyone for help, good bonus for doing your work right, great flex hours

      Cons

      If you are not in the "group" it takes you longer to get promotoed, to much is expected out of you for not being to much appreciated

      Pros

      You can earn incentives in CIT. The lounge room where they have a big kitchen and pool table, the cafe, and my co-workers were awesome. Pay was decent as well.

      Cons

      Other departments work flow that conflicted with ours. Sometimes they weren't doing their job which made our jobs harder. There isn't too much flexibility in your schedule.
