      great potential, but lacks in training and becomes frustrating working here

      Pros

      flexibility, co-workers are friendly and my team works well together.. benefits good. I have the best manager and if it wasn't for them, I would have left the company.

      Cons

      salaries need to be upgraded for the amount of work required. QA department checks for errors, but who checks their's? no real processes in place and training is NON EXISTENT. luckily I already had knowledge from previous jobs on how to process claims. promotions are lateral.

      Pros

      The comradery is what sets the company apart. At MedRisk you will build lasting relationships.

      Cons

      The demands vs. pay is not realistic. There is a level of expectation that is unreachable because the company doesn't invest in the proper things. The employees are expected to deliver 100% while management doesn't do the same in return. Changes occur daily and the staff is only made aware when a mistake is made.

      Pros

      Training is great and very helpful. Benefits are great including co-workers and supervisors. Job is easy and stressful with a better paid. Bonus are available. They have 401K. Growth is great. Making lots of improvement.Hours are flexible.

      Cons

      Lunch time you do have to stay half an hour later .
