Pros
I think Infrastructure might be one of the better departments here. This is a great place to get your foot in the door and get experience with lots of different technologies. Definitely lots of freedom with remote work and lack of micromanagement. I have managed to get a few promotions and pay raises as well. To sum it up: this is a great resume builder if you are new to the field. If you are a woman, I encourage you to work here. Medrisk certainly values women and there are tons of women in high positions here!
Cons
Medrisk underpays and they know it. I will say though I know for a fact that some are payed far more than they should . That's why this is a good job to get your foot in the door, gain experience, and get out. Communication sucks across the board at this company also. I have seen a few layoffs (RIFs) in my tenure here, but not unlike most companies during those years.
