      Adapt to growth or else your people will burn out

      Pros

      Mid level management really cares about their employees and would go out on a limb for their team. Young environment with many recent grads.

      Cons

      IT processes and platforms are ancient. Technology is outdated which allows for only short term, ineffective fixes - when in reality the inefficiencies need long term solutions. Good employees are not valued for their hard work and extra hours they log, while brown-nosers manage to fool upper management with their inability to deliver, disguised as personable and savy talkers. Everyone is severely underpaid and undervalued by upper management. Too much focus is placed on what the competition is doing rather than improving their own processes and fixing the problems right in front of them.

      Pros

      Upper Mgmt was approachable. Dress Code. Nice people.

      Cons

      You could work 60+ hours a week and still not get paid what you are deserved. Until you actually quit do they realize all the stuff that you do everyday.....aka your boss' job. Prepare to get used and abused for LITTLE pay.
