Pros

The oppurtunity to work from home

Cons

They train you to be a robot. Clock in, be micromanaged, and clock out and do it all again the next day. My mental health was RUINED at this job. After I got done work I was so drained that I didn’t even want to talk to family. I wanted to crawl up in a ball and drown everything out. Management thinks they are better then everyone else and acts like this job is a highschool setting with the continuous drama. They have to have their nose in everyone’s business. Their expectations of the work load is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone (even my worst enemy)

Not Worth It

Pros

This company started as a great environment and was really sold as a great place to work with phenomenal growth potential which of course is not the case at all. Decent benefits.

Cons

The company has an attendance policy so brutal that getting a doctors note does not make you except from their point system. Therefore if you get sick six times through out the year, go to the doctor and bring a note in, you’re still eligible for termination. They do not care about their employees. Everyone is beyond replaceable to them and the turn over rate is ridiculous. Three people left my team in the past two weeks and four more are looking to leave as soon as possible. The company is inflexible with schedules or with what may come up in their employees lives. They are unrealistic with goals and don’t listen when employees advise them that the goals needs to change. Instead they encourage you to fail in order for those changes to happen. Working here constantly feels like being set up to fail.
