No pros to this job. I wish I would have truly taken these reviews into consideration when I saw them bc it would have saved me a lot of anguish

Cons

The reviews stating it’s all about favoritism is correct. Seems more like high school then work. Everyone’s young including management. They all talk smack all day long, they barely know what to do but it doesn’t matter bc they hang out with their supervisors on the weekend. Not sure how this place is even open with how behind it is.

I've only had a few jobs here and there over the last 5 or so years, but I can honestly say that MedRisk is the best job I have ever had. I tell my friends about the place and they all get jealous. I wish I can refer everyone to work here but the job is for fast paced, self motivated people (which some of my friends.. are not.) Pros are: They care a lot about their culture, great PTO (once you become converted to full time), good benefits, amazing leadership team, nice cubicle space, friendly employees, nice building. Everyone is so nice in our department, which I thought was weird at first but it's the real deal.

Cons

The pay could be better for what you do. Otherwise, the gig is awesome, especially for people out of college.
