      People were amazing and there was great culture at the time of my employment.

      Pros

      WFH, Benefits. Work wasn’t too hard once you get the hang of it. Team leads are great for the most part, I got lucky with one of the better ones.

      Cons

      Company is outsourcing to the Philippines to save money and a lot of advocates either don’t know what they’re doing half the time or don’t care, creating more work for the employees that want to do a good job. Pay is barely a livable wage , be prepared to work another job if you have any major bills like rent/mortgage. They do mass layoffs of US based employees like once every six months with no consideration of employment duration, quality of work.

      Cons

      Not a lot of guidance, expectations that are meant to be failed. Would not stay in this role/at this company for too long.
