The pay isn't worth the amount of work that's piled on you. Some directors have absolutely no clue what it is their workers do and it shows.

Management doesnt know anything. They dont treat their employees with respect, everyone is sleeping with each other especially management, no growth unless you’rea brown noser, they’re very racist and Knickpick! There’s thousands of dollars in backlog and they’re still not able to pay their providers! All you are is a number in this department they don’t care about you pay is very low annual raise is a joke they purposely give you a 3 rating to give you a lower raise very unsupportive company
