      Pros

      The comradery is what sets the company apart. At MedRisk you will build lasting relationships.

      Cons

      The demands vs. pay is not realistic. There is a level of expectation that is unreachable because the company doesn't invest in the proper things. The employees are expected to deliver 100% while management doesn't do the same in return. Changes occur daily and the staff is only made aware when a mistake is made.

      people here are super friendly and helpful. pay is good, hours can be flexible, try to host fun events

      Cons

      same task over and over again, training is absolutely god awful, calling and nagging people, paperwork is constantly lost, management is brutal
