      High school clique environment. You get "Points" for being a human being. Mostly everything is a con.

      Very poor leaders/management lacking knowledge of job and ongoing changes, training is inconsistent and employees are left "winging it", turn over is exceedingly high, many employees leave and new ones hired very often

      Benefits are about the only good thing.

      Micromanaging is the fuel that keeps that company going. Nobody knows what the heck they're doing and it is completely out of order.
