      Pros

      I have to say that my favorite thing about working at MedRisk is the fact that everyone is SO approachable and friendly.... even the C Level. I have never felt that I couldn't ask a colleague for help when I needed it. Another wonderful perk is that we have a casual dress code! We get to wear jeans and even a nice pair of sneakers if we'd like to.

      Cons

      The lack of parking has started to become an issue. Building management and MedRisk management is working to fix the issue so I see this "con" dissolving in the near future.

      Pros

      It's a great working environment and if you can get in while your young it's even better. Upper management does everything they can to help work around your schedule and truly shows passion and cares about each and every one of you. The team leads are very nice and helpful and just want to see the company succeed

      Cons

      I believe we should be getting more pay with the expectations they bring to the table.
