Cons
They will tell you it’s easy to be to be promoted, but they definitely go by favoritism. You have a strict quota everyday, and if you don’t meet that 100%, everyday, you get put on a warning. They barely give raises, unless your promoted. They do a “bonus” every year, but it’s a joke. It MIGHT be a few cents extra. They also go by a point system for attendance, and unless you have an understanding team lead, points can add up fast. You can put in months of hard work, and it will go unrecognized if they don’t care for you. Meanwhile they promote people who came into work drunk everyday or do the bare minimum.
