Pros
Most of the coworkers are good, and all in all the job isn’t terrible difficult.
Cons
Communication is not great, compared to other companies in the same location/field the pay is below average, and there is very little room to advance. Lateral moves are always possible, but there isn’t much change in salary to learn a new position, and overall incentive to work harder and go above and beyond is lacking.
