Pros

No one really breathes down your neck about work and my two supervisors are really easy going. I can’t speak for all the teams though. You can also use your headphones all day as well.

Cons

Pay could be better. Many people have to work a second job. Nobody really cares about the patients when you get down to it and many cases take a while to get settled if at all. There is a lot of talk about cliques but there is only one that actually matters and it’s “Revents”. If you do not participate in their after work events or grit your teeth through their painful lunch-ins then it’s guaranteed you won’t go far.

Pros

Free bagels first Friday of the month. Free coffee. I worked in a department that offered flex hours. I was able to start between 6am and 9:30am.

Cons

I may not be able to fit everything on here. I feel like I'm in high school again. Very cliquey environment. If you're not part of "the group" right from the get go, you get snubbed and looked down on. If you're snobby, stuck up, and like to gossip, you'll fit right in. Ridiculous point system; they treat us like we are children. Life happens and you can't control everything. If you call out sick and give less than 12 hours notice, you get points against you. If you have to care for your children because they are sick or have to leave school early for whatever reason, you get points for leaving early or showing up late. The company doesn't understand (or care) that life happens. Some things you can't control. High quota expectations. They care more about quantity over quality. They say they also care about quality but if you get just below the expected quota for the week they get on you and ask what happened. If you continue to have trouble meeting the quota you get warnings and eventually fired if not meeting the goals. High turnover. The company boasts about how they are growing. That's a lie. People are constantly leaving the company. Within the last year alone about 500 people have left. And of course, they had to be replaced... Hey Med Risk, that isn't growth. I could go on and on but there isn't enough room to write everything on here.
