Pros

Good co-workers, opportunity for growth and professional experience, flexible and understanding leadership. If you put in the work and want to succeed, you will. If you want to complain and think you know everything about how difficult it is to run a department, then you will probably fail. But that's on you.

Cons

MedRisk is a great place to start and build your career but aside from a select few, it likely will not be the place you really take off. (And that's okay! No one says you have to retire from your first job out of college!)

able to work from home, some fun work activities to break up the same routine each day

Cons

same routine every day, too strict on reaching quota so employees do not actually care about quality of work but how many "tasks" they can say they did.
