Pros

Free bagels on the first Friday of each month.

Cons

I spent two years working at MedRisk and I have very little to say about the company that is positive. You will learn no real skills for future career prospects and the only way you can really move up there is to become friendly with the right people. They do everything they can on the surface to make it seem like a great environment to work in, but in reality the employees are generally miserable and frequently have to fear for their jobs. MedRisk embodies that old saying about not judging a book by its cover. Management is largely incompetent and can not communicate amongst themselves or to the employees to save their lives. You will often find out important information late and then get stuck cleaning up the mess. Additionally the low compensation is not worth the headaches you will deal with day in and day out. In my two years there I only made about 75 cents more than when I started despite exceeding the numbers asked of me nearly every month for the majority of my time there. They actively do everything they can to deny giving out annual bonuses or raises. I was denied both a raise & bonus at the end of 2018, that the results of my work dictated I deserved, because I called out one day in February and had accrued too many “points.” I was not the only one who experienced this last year. The company uses an absurd point system that is on par with getting demerits in high school. If you have to call out, leave early, or arrive late you are given points and if you get too many you will get warnings and eventually be terminated. Even if you provide them a doctor’s note or any number of other legitimate reasons, the points will not be excused. This makes it all the more difficult to leave the job because if you do need to go interview elsewhere and it doesn’t work out for one reason or another, you have gotten points for nothing and are nearing the point of getting fired. This company is a tar-pit. A trap for 20-somethings looking for their first job out of college. The harder you struggle to get out, the more stuck you become and eventually it will swallow you whole. The best advise I can give is to steer clear of this place before you waste years of your life.

Pros

Please read the reviews they are true, I knew in first month itself after joining this company that i have made the biggest mistake of my life. glad i found a new job and quit this. Saved my self from lot of stress

Cons

It is going from bad to worst. They are loosing the customers because of their unprofessional behavior. Time is not far when they'll have to close the door and stop operation.
