      Acceptable intro pay, casual wear, a bunch of events to get people together

      Cons

      Little room for advancement, pay does not increase to scale with responsibilities (and only incremental growth over time), very very very very cliquey, supervisors in inbound are very unreliable, complaints to HR are largely disregarded and are *NEVER* anonymous

      Flexible hours and a high school environment, if you like that sort of thing.

      Cons

      I have NEVER worked in a more unprofessional setting in my entire life. Poor training, NO ONE knows what they are doing, ask one question, expect ten different answers. Also the rules change every day, so be prepared if you are looking for a place that makes you feel valued. No room for growth, it is just a call center. They have no interest in ideas that would help quality and efficiency. If you are looking for a serious job run by professionals, look elsewhere, this is not the place.
