      Pros

      Flexible working hours. However, still not worth the 8th circle of Hell that employees experience daily.

      Cons

      Favoritism, borderline harassment, and blatant targeting of specific employees for no reason other than management can. Picking people apart who are a professional asset for unfounded personal issues. Obvious targeting when management dislikes someone and then all other supervisors follow suite to freeze out said employee. Lying and cover ups in order to keep employees on probation that management demes the scape goat for all poor decision making in upper level. Lack of professionalism all around and detrimental to mental health of employees.

      Pros

      I've only had a few jobs here and there over the last 5 or so years, but I can honestly say that MedRisk is the best job I have ever had. I tell my friends about the place and they all get jealous. I wish I can refer everyone to work here but the job is for fast paced, self motivated people (which some of my friends.. are not.) Pros are: They care a lot about their culture, great PTO (once you become converted to full time), good benefits, amazing leadership team, nice cubicle space, friendly employees, nice building. Everyone is so nice in our department, which I thought was weird at first but it's the real deal.

      Cons

      The pay could be better for what you do. Otherwise, the gig is awesome, especially for people out of college.

      It's been stated several times about this company, but it is all about favoritism. Completely unqualified people get promoted because they hang out with management on the weekends. Can easily become a hostile work environment and if you lodge a complaint to HR they try to turn it around on you. They grew too big , too fast and now they are hemorrhaging cash and have to get rid of good workers, while keeping on the incompetency that has cause all of their troubles. The leadership team doesn't care about their employees and are too stupid and stubborn to realize what the cause of their failing company is.
