A majority of the people who work in the call center are basically incompetent.

Pros

Operations team is understand and flexible; no office or paperwork; enjoyment of driving on the open road; usually low contact with people, especially in the evenings. Good starting position.

Cons

Call center is located out of state, so they don't understand distances, traffic, etc. Work devices isn't reliable. Dealing with other drivers on the road.
