Pros

The vision provided by the CEO/COO is spectacular. They truly are motivating individuals. The support staff at corporate responds to questions & needs in a prompt manner. In local operations it's all about the team you build & lead. The people make it worth it if you hire the right ones.

Cons

"We deliver health" is their slogan but only offer high deductable insurance to their staff. They preach work life balance but then provide a work phone & expect you to be responsive/on call 24 hours a day. The salary does not compensate enough for that nor was that expressed while interviewing. During the COVID-19 pandemic they neglected to provide proper PPE for staff, leaving local ops to scramble on their own. My particular region & leadership consistently lied to our clients & preferred to ride the "gray area" regularly. The encouragement of unethical practices from upper management was quite disappointing.

Staff is nice but that's about it

Cons

No Communication you'll have 3 people tell you 3 different things. Then they get mad when you do what a different supervisor told you to. They put out a letter to ensure our safety against carona virus such as getting us gloves hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes. Then had none of it to give. They did it to cover themselves if someone got sick. We got gloves now they say to use our clients sanitizer at the doors. They have a huge turnover rate. You can make more as a food delivery person and not have to be around sick people all day long
