      poor management, training and communication.

      Pros

      schedule if you get an AM shift and no weekends.

      Cons

      management is weak, they will expect you to do the work in your own and if goes wrong they will fire you, no communication between clients and office, they will prioritize the client not the employee, underpaid, and depending of the route you will do some physical work.

      Worst company ive ever wasted my time for. Pay is way below market value. You nothing more than a cow in the heard they like to milk every dime out of your time. Some days I dont even have time to stop and take a good dump.
