Free food during bonus time. Co-workers are sometimes ok to talk to.

Cons

Management NEVER has time to talk to you even when you call them with emergencies. The phones do not work! They run around like chicken with their heads cut off. They mess up your pay and do not care at all. The cars are very dirty and smelly inside. You try and tell them and they do not care. You can never call off sick and we work in healthcare and hospitals! They will fire you! Lotta turnover! Run away!

The other drivers are good people.

Cons

Manager and supervisor have no clue what is going on. Multiple attempts to improve things met with runaround and excuses. The insurance is really bad for how expensive it is. Won't be surprised if they aren't in boise after end of year.

Pros

I can only speak for my location in Boise, ID, but the management team is very professional and polite. They are also fairly flexible with work hours and schedules. In addition the schedules are generally fixed and do not flip-flop like other places I've worked.

Cons

Low pay. They pay is $1-$2 less per hour than many other driver/courier services in my area, even when including quarterly bonuses. I took this position because I did not have any previous "driving" experience. Otherwise I may have looked elsewhere.
