Pros

Plenty of freedom, decent benefits. Probably the easiest job you will ever have.

Cons

LONG DRIVES. If you aren't a good driver or can't sit in cars for a while, don't apply.

Pros

Set schedule, easy job for the most part, bonus and bonus lunch, owners show appreciation to employees

Cons

Management in call center sucks. Poor communication. Lots of butt kissing to get to the top.

Pros

Manager is fair and accommodating. Everything promised was delivered. Cars are almost brand new, in great shape and kept up on maintenance. I would recommend this job for students.

Cons

I had a different manager the first 18 months are so and the job was a very different experience. Things that were promised were never delivered. Clothing allowance wasn't paid. This manager had NO business being a manger! Morale was at an all time low when this person was in charge.
