Pros

I work two jobs. Here and somewhere else. When my other job requires more hours, this job works around my schedule. Supervisors are awesome and get to use and take home the company car.(only if you live far from the office will you be able to do it) Even though the pay isn't that great, its well worth working here

Cons

pay isn't that great compared to other courier companies. dispatch and clients can be rude.

Not enough equipment or vehicles in my area, equipment always breaking down, not enough supplies kept in stock.
