Pros

PTO, casual work wear, offers remote positions

Cons

When I started, I used to love my job. Then there was a turnover in leadership, and my department has gone downhill ever since. Management does not care about employees at all unless you kiss up to them. Even if you are in leadership, you are not paid well. You will have people under you paid more. They expect you do to do your work and everyone else's too and if you question it, they ask "why do you care about what everyone else is doing"...ugh, because I am doing that person's work and my own too. My current manager is so rude and condescending to anyone she doesn't like while protecting those she does. Her attitude is "if you don't like it here, you can leave." The morale is so low in my department you would need a bulldozer to find it. The workplace culture is very toxic. People will throw you under the bus so quick. My supervisor is the biggest gossip in the office and also the biggest something else. If you are a good employee, you are treated poorly because they assume you won't quit. This company will hire anyone off the streets and put them in departments they are not qualified for. This job is the one I loved and hated the most. The job itself is fine but the people in the current leadership positions are horrible to work under. The Titantic had better leadership than my department.

Pros

There are none at all as far as I can tell

Cons

I had a interview for a job that I informed them at the interview that I was getting married on July 31st and would need July 30th and 31st off for. They extended an offer but said I told them I needed April 30th and 31st off (which April doesn't even have 31 days in) and advised me that I would get 3 attendance points for taking off for my wedding that they could not approve prior time off. I accepted the offer of employment because I believed I was going to work for a company that was worth it because they claim to be faith based and stressed empathy so much during my interview and went the next day to get the drug test and then got a call the saying they were resending the offer of employment because I needed those days off. It is unfair that they claim to be a faith based company who thrives for empathic employees but show none themselves. I was basically hired and then told sike because I am getting married in 4 months and they got the days wrong.
