      Pros

      PTO, insurance options, nice coworkers, good and kind spirited leadership, catered lunches for special events, elegant Christmas parties.

      Cons

      Call center, too many scripts, unable to provide good customer service due to clients using us as customer service AND billing but not giving us any customer service powers, high turnover, the work is too complex for the pay level, extremely high call volume, too metric based for the complex calls we received.
