The people, people, people. Cannot speak more highly of the wonderful, supportive, conscientious, hardworking, dedicated people. The best onboarding I've ever experienced. SO refreshing! Everyone has been warm, embracing, and passionate. I absolutely feel like I fit in and would highly recommend MedStar to all passionate healthcare job seekers, regardless of your position, skill, and level of experience.

strong patient - centered care supportive clinical team reputable healthcare system opportunities for growth organized workflow and standards exposure to specialty experience internal advancement potential

Cons

compensation not always aligned with workload limited incentives or bonus structure for MA's raises not clearly structured or frequent high patient volume can lead to burnout staffing shortages limited opportunity for employees to formally reevaluate / negotiate pay limited recognition for expanded responsibilities
