Thanks so much for your note. I'm glad things are off to a good start for you. Just a comment on health insurance – MedVet is self-insured, which means we actually pay for all of our team member claims by ourselves and our carrier (UHC) just processes things for us. On average, our premiums are lower than they were in 2017, before we were self-insured. A lot of our team members participate in a high deductible health care plan, which can be a really good approach, especially if you are relatively young and healthy.
