Mental and physical health is a priority, and we want to ensure our teams can navigate the challenging space of emergency and specialty veterinary medicine. We currently have great initiatives such as complimentary subscriptions to mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the well-being room. Furthermore, we always encourage team members to utilize their PTO to take time to reset and recharge. We will continue to support and promote healthy ways of dealing with stress so everyone can be the best version of themselves when they are doing what they love.
