Long hours, ALWAYS short staffed and not enough help. Very heavy caseload. Very stressful - mentally, emotionally, physically draining. Very toxic work envirnment.

Pros

I've been working for this company while I was a student and now I've been hired back on as a doctor. Great place to continue to learn and grow as a veterinarian. I get to practice a spectrum of care for my clients and have the ability to consult specialists right in my hospital.

Cons

Working emergency, the emotional fatigue can be exhausting by my work-life balance allows me to destress and re-center myself after my shifts.
