Thank you for your feedback. Establishing a work life balance is important and we will continue to support team members in achieving this by fully utilizing our benefits. We have some really great perks to help navigate the stress of long hours and support mental and physical health, such as PTO, mental wellbeing apps, Employee Assistance Programs and the well-being room.
